  • When booking your Gatwick valet parking with JVP your parking contract will be carried out by the staff of Help-me-park the major operational parking company of Airport Parking Rentals (Gatwick) Ltd.
  • JVP secure parking facilities are accredited by The Association of Chief Police Officers who have awarded the ParkMark Accreditation.
  • All JVP valet parking drivers are mature, professional, courteous, fully insured and treat your car with the utmost respect, enabling us to boast a highly satisfied customer base.

  • If you do not provide your return flight details while making the booking, be sure you provide these details at the later stage to Simply Park And Fly by telephone or by an email, otherwise  verify these details at the terminal when handing over your car to the Driver.

As per terms and conditions on the HMP, ABC and JVP, they cannot accept any vehicle longer than 5.2m in length.

  • This will exclude MWB and LWB vans of all kinds.
  • Unfortunately we will have to refuse to take them at the airport.
     
  • 'Vehicle' means a vehicle which is received by Us from You. We do not accept Vehicles:
  1. larger than a SWB transit van (5.2m in length);
  2. with any kind of trailer attached;
  3. that does not have legal tread on each tyre;
  4. without a valid MOT;
  5. without fully paid tax;
  6. without enough fuel to complete at least 20 miles (although most Vehicles will travel a much shorter distance during the Parking Period);
  7. without manufacturer’s recommended levels of engine oil, engine coolant and water or cleaning fluid in the windscreen washer reservoir; or
  8. that are in our reasonable opinion in any other way unsafe to drive or in contravention of any road traffic legislation. Examples of features that would render the Vehicle unsafe to drive include but is not limited to a seat that will not move on its runners or an in-operable speedometer. We will have absolute discretion to decide if a Vehicle is unsafe to drive and Our decision will be final.

What makes JVP different on departure from Gatwick?

  • So that all the customers have a smooth and stress free start to their journey JVP provideS a simple but effective service.
  • Customers are asked to contact JVP Airport Parking team when they are 10 minutes away from Gatwick Airport.
  • This call helps JVP to make sure that no customer is left waiting for a driver at departures.
  • The same phone number can be called if the customer is running early, late or even stuck in a traffic jam.
  • Once the customers have arrived at departures, whether it is the North or the South terminals at Gatwick a driver of JVP will come and find them, help with luggage, provide a returns receipt and then take the car.
  • JVP customers are then free to continue with their journey with no worries about their vehicle.

What makes a different while the car is in JVP care?

  • JVP customers can relax in the knowledge that their car will be properly cared for while it is in our trust.
  • Each of our experienced drivers are named on JVP fully comprehensive insurance policy.
  • As JVP operate a 24 hour service, JVP private car park is always attended except when all hands are needed at the airport.

What makes JVP different when the customer arrives back at Gatwick?

  • To make the customers' return as smooth and as simple as departure JVP have a similar procedure in place.
  • Customers are asked to contact JVP valet parking team when they have collected their luggage and cleared customs.
  • JVP will be monitoring the fligth landing but this call enables to deliver the vehicle to arrivals so it is there when the customer walks out of Gatwick Airport.

The telephone number of JVP Gatwick will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

All customers will receive a text message (from the service provider) half an hour before the scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal to the number provided in text and in booking confirmaiton email.

The serviec will be provided by Help-me-Park Gatwick.

Arrival procedures (arriving at the car park)

  • Your departure from Gatwick: Please call us 20 minutes before you arrive.
  • Drive your car directly to the airport terminal you are departing from and one of our Gatwick Airport parking team will be waiting for you in the designated area for Gatwick Approved meet and greet contractor,s situated on the drop off forecourts of both Gatwick South Terminal and Gatwick North Terminal. Once your vehicle has been signed over it will be safely stored at one of our facilities just outside Gatwick Airport perimeter.

Departure: Drive to the airport terminal designated passenger drop off area, look out for the signs that say Approved Contractors. Your parking chauffer will be at the drop off area to meet you and conduct the handover of your car.

On Return

Landing back and leaving the car park

  • Your return to Gatwick: We will monitor your return flight so will know when you have landed. Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs, please call us. One of our drivers will then deliver your car back to you at the terminal in the same location as your drop off.
