"When we left for the airport the process of checking in at the carpark was ok although we had to wait a bit for the transport to the terminal because they were waiting for another person who never showed up. The return has been the experience which made me say “never again”. Came back around midnight and the company made me wait just over 20 minutes for the transfer back to the carpark. No apologies, just rushed in and out of the bus, been handed the keys of my car and told to walk to the end of the carpark. No lights outside, dragging 2 suitcases in darkness trying to find my car by using the remote control in order to turn the car lights on. The car has been parked on the grass, quite difficult and worried to manoeuvre the car out of the green worried to hit the bottom of the car. As I said.. NEVER AGAIN! "

"Brilliant, staff were friendly and we were dropped at the airport. Sadly our flight got diverted to Heathrow on return so we could not comment on the pick up. Our car was there when we got back all safely."
