"I've used quite a few agents for the meet and greet service at Gatwick and having completed a search online Ace came up as one of the highest rated services. Luckily I decided to postpone making the booking and within a week I received an email with a discount code. I got 20% off and the service was spot on. It's a difficult service to judge because unless an agent screws the timings up then there are only minor differences. The point of difference here was that the staff who answered the phone were friendly and clearly explained what would happen and the staff checking the car too were great. It felt that they'd been trained to form part of the holiday experience and not just a function. I will be sticking to this company from now on."
