Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has, a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Directions : Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.
Disabled Info : No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
Additional Info : Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.
Restrictions : Ace Meet and Greet NON-FLEX: BOOKINGS CANNOT BE AMENDED, CANCELLED OR REFUNDED. The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day.
You must call Ace Parking , 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the terminal so that a driver can be sent to meet you at the terminal.
Please just make sure you follow carefully the directions and arrival instructions below to the meeting point at your terminal. You can still call us if you need any help on the day of travel, otherwise just proceed to the dedicated meeting point below where our friendly staff will check your details and our drivers check over and park your car. For help on the day, if needed, call Ace Parking . Please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call. A uniformed ACE or MMP agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport

If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all of your luggage and are ready to clear customs- Call Ace Parking then proceed to arrivals. Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.
