"Drop off was fine, but on return from holiday took over 45 minutes for car to be brought to pick up point. Not much point in having a valet service if it's just as quick to get the bus back to the car park! "

"I was not given any documentation on arrival which caused some confusion on my return. A photograph was taken of my passport which I was told would be deleted some time in the near future. I have no issue with this but would like to know if I should have been issued with some paperwork to show the operative back at Gatwick. Staff were polite and explained the situation which I accept. Although we did wait a while for our car to be delivered it was not excessive and I will continue to use this service whilst it remains competitively priced. "

"drop off was fine But on return I rang Ace at 19:13 - when we had our luggage and followed the instructions of where to go. No sign of our car. We waited and waited. I rang again at 19:49 and was told that our car had not yet left the storage area. When I asked why, I was told it was 'because of the weather' - which made 'getting drivers back hard'. Yes is was raining and had been raining harder - but given that is predictable and was predicted - why not book more drivers or start moving cars earlier? We eventually left the car park at 20:05 - a pretty disappointing end to the holiday for a service that is supposed to speed things up. "
