"Drop off was fine. Collection was slow, with around 40-45min between placing the call after we had collected luggage and the car appearing. Likely that we suffered the rush hour effect delaying delivery, rather than poor practice."

"There was a confusion in picking up the car. Although this was resolved by 2 calls we had to wait for 20 minutes for delivery of the car. Not ideal after an overnight flight and no quicker tHan using a long term car park. I was contacted 2 hours later to tell me that my car was waiting for collect at the airport. It would be helpful to have staff who speak English. Just handing over ones car with no other form of communication is not the best experience."

"Staff were unable to find my car keys for pickup. Location did not match that on the computer system and took 3 staff members to find my keys by looking through each drawer individually- something I could have done myself, and with more success knowing what my car key looks like. During this period, I received no communication/information from any staff member"

"This parking system is very convenient, as you are so close to departures/arrivals at the airport. I've used it previously and it worked very well. Slight delay for collecting car on arrival back at the airport this time though- it was a busy time of night and raining, so there was a lot of traffic. With only one road in and out of the short stay car park, it took longer for staff to bring our cars round. Still a more convenient process than taking the shuttle bus to a long stay car park though, so would definitely use again."
