"All very smooth on the way in (although the area at Gatwick is being renovated so slightly confusing). Staff friendly. We experienced over a 15 minute wait to collect the car after phoning so it would be good if this could be shorter as had to stand in a fenced off area out in the cold. Good value for money and will definitely use again. "

"Have used this company a few times now . Never a problem, never more than 15 mins wait - even at peak times. Staff are very helpful and friendly and in my opinion, going beyond what is expected eg my hubby had gone off to the wash room so the agent kindly lifted the cases into the boot for us. At drop off, I had no change for a trolley and he sorted it out for me. "

"I was very unhappy about the amount of time I had to wait upon vehicle collection. I called after collecting my baggage but I must have then waited over 20 minutes in the car park. I feel that calling you after baggage collection in Gatwick Airport is too late and it will incur considerable wait (in freezing conditions at this time of the year!)."

"The booking process was quick and easy. Drop off and pick up were straight forward. We did have to wait a while to drop the car (15 min+ after arriving at the airport), but pick up was straight away after we arrived. The staff were friendly. No complaints. "
