"The booking process was simple, although I did not have our flight details to hand and I would recommend that you do input these if at all possible. Arrival was easy, but the handover process was a bit unconvincing, perhaps because I hadn't given the info in advance. In reality, though, everything worked really well, we left the car very conveniently close for the terminal, and on our return it all worked really well."

"I used the service at Gatwick's North Terminal and found it very convenient. The drop-off area is easy to find and very close to the departures area/check in desks via a flight of stairs, (passenger lift is available), and a short walk through the lobby of one of the on-airport hotels. You hand over your keys and get a barcoded ID card in return, you will need this to get your keys/car back so keep it safe on your holiday! Your car is then driven to an off-airport car park for storage whilst you are away. According to my trip meter this was only 3 miles away. The pick up process was simple, you phone when you've picked up your luggage and they'll drive the car back to the same place you left it, or in my case it was already there waiting for us. Would definitely use again as it was no dearer than the car parks which are further out and entail 20 minute shuttle bus journeys both ways."

We had a flight delay, so we weren't fully back on UK time zone and a little tired, your advisor did assist but could have been friendlier. That's just customer service in my eyes. Doesn't matter if that's all you do in your job all day, that's what you get paid for. "
