"We use Meet and Greet all the time!!! The most efficient is the service at Heathrow. They have your flight arrival details and take the initiative to have your car waiting at arrivals. With Ace at Gatwick, eventhough they have your flight arrival details, they wait until you have collected your luggage and then call before they dispatch the car, requiring you to wait an extra 20 minutes after you have had a long journey, waited in immigration lines, waited at baggage claim and then wait again for your car. A bit tiring! Would be a 5 star service if they would take the initiative and know what time your flight arrives (as they have the info) and have the car at the arrival terminal so that you could go home!"

"Hi , Have rated as ok . We never used the service due to car breaking down last minute . An hour before leaving for the airport . So had to get a taxi . We did ask for ask for a return of money or a credit for our next trip but was told NO! So maybe this is something you could look at going forward for return business . "
