"Everything fine but having to wait so long for the car to arrive on return is annoying, this is the same for all operators not just 'ace', realise that they are restricted by gatwick airport but need to find a way to shorten this time (25mins) because it is getting to the point where I might as well get the bus to long stay as it will be quicker."

He also didn't apologise for time taken. However the driver returning the car was very prompt & friendly. More professional. Would use the company again though. "
