"Everything was OK and we will definitely use again but: 1) it's not immediately obvious where the orange car park is in the dark. I remembered from previous use but some clearer signage might help. 2) you knew my flight number and this can easily be tracked on the internet but I still had to call for my car which meant waiting - only 10 minutes or so but that is not the idea of 'meet and greet'. If I miss the flight it is my responsibility to tell you - and if I don't I should expect a no-show charge which is fair enough. That said though means you should be able to have my car ready by the time I get to the orange car park without me calling without risk to yourselves."
