Getting There

Cardiff Airport is accessible via bus from Cardiff city centre; the T9 Cardiff Airport Express Bus Service provides frequent travel to the airport. Rail is also an option, the airport has a rail link connecting to Cardiff Central and Bridgend and provides a shuttle bus service from the train station to the airport for an additional fee. Cardiff Airport is easy and simple to reach by car, and with an APH Cardiff Airport car park, it’s the least stressful way to travel. 

Check-in information

You should find out from your airline when the recommended check-in time for your flight is – however as a general guideline you should arrive at least two hours early for international flights and at least an hour and a half before a domestic flight.

Directions

Cardiff Airport is directly linked to the M4 at junction 33. Simply exit the motorway and follow signs to the airport. Choose post code CF62 3BD.

On Arrival

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day All the instruction will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

 Arrival Procedure :

• On arrival at the car park report to Reception and present your confirmation slip or quote your Booking Ref. Number

Directions:

• From M4 - Exit at J33 and take A4232 signed Cardiff Airport. Leave A4232 on slip road signed Airport and take 3rd exit from r'bout onto A4050 which becomes A4226.
• Follow signs to Airport over 5 r'bouts until you reach the 6thr'bout with 2 bent posts with arrowheads on. Take the right fork towards St Athan on the A4226.
• This road becomes A4265on the BA Maintenance Hanger. Take the next left after the BA Hanger into Fonmon and left again at the crossroads. The car park is at the top of the lane.
•  IF YOU ARE USING SAT NAV PLEASE USE THE WORD NURSTON INSTEAD OF THE POST CODE.

On Return

• Full instructions for returns procedure will be issued on arrival at the car park.
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
