"We have never used a meet and greet before so was slightly nervous on how good the service would be, especially on returning home. There was no need to have been nervous, the service was first class. A very quick call 20 minutes before you arrive and the car park is simple to find. A very pleasant member of staff greeted us and within 2 minutes we're taking the less than 2 minute walk into the terminal. Arriving back, I phoned the number as we're coming down the plane steps. I was told to ring again when I had got our luggage. I did this (6-45pm) and was told the car would be in the same car park in 15 minutes. We were greeted by classic British weather leaving the terminal (cold and heavy rain), and being classically British we are in shorts and t shirts! When we get to the car park a friendly chap is waiting with our keys, he then gets you a ticket to exit the car park and your on your way. First class service from start to finish."

"I received no call before I arrived as stated in the booking confirmation email. I had to approach a group of men huddled together when I arrived, they didn't meet or greet me at all. When I received my car back there was approx 25 miles added to the clock and it was covered in mud. I would recommend as I have children and it's much much easier than park and ride. "

"Very pleased with how efficient everything was. The price was decent too. I was a little disappointed that my car had been left in Sport mode and that the steering wheel had been completely repositioned. I wouldn't have thought this was necessary for such a short journey. "

"I was very please with the meet and greet. My sons family park elsewhere and got the curtousy bus and took them and extra 45 minutes onto there journey. I was so pleased that we used the meet and greet and only had a 5 minute Wal to the departure entrance."

"Generally a very good service that so far has worked well. Two points to consider for improvements: 1. On arrival, one of the phone numbers (not a mobile number) went to voice mail. If it is only manned at certain hours this should be made clear - when expecting to pick the car up within 10 minutes, leaving a message is not appropriate. 2. A covered area would be appreciated to wait under especially when it is raining. "
