"My first time using Drivefly or any other valet parking at an airport, so even though I wasn't sure where to go, the directions got me to the right place. Arriving early in the dark and in the rain, 30 minutes ahead of schedule we looked for the blue jacketed attendants (who were all in high visibility tabards) and even the other valet parking companies attendants were willing to point us in the right direction. You were considerate, polite and helpful making this the preferred way of coming and going from the Birmingham airport."

"Extremely dissapointed ! im a frequent traveller and booked the meet and greet,nobody rang me 20 minuets as your again very rudely service said,i tried to ring but the phone was constantly engaged,i was sat on the edge of the airport attempting to get through. I guessed where i should go and it was utter chaos,i eventually got through,a awful rude man said "go to 51-58 or something,i went to answer and he cut me off. On my return the same man answered i said ive got my bags ? he said "get your bags" i said " i have just told you i have ? he said go to where you came from and put the phone down again when i was still speaking. I was tired from the flight and was so cross i spoke to one of the men in the car park who promised to forward my concern of the mans attitude-i believe another lady had the same issue."
